Acts of kindness happen all around us every single day if we can just shift our attention away from the sometimes constant bombardment of negativity that we’re presented with and just pay attention to those good vibes.

As for an act of kindness that I have experienced personally… Well, there are a lot of little good things that happen to me. Since my injury my doctor’s and physiotherapists have been really kind to me. I’ve had one physiotherapist write me notes for work and insurance without putting them through the clinic so that I wouldn’t have to pay for them. Christina, the mother of my child, has also been very good with me for the most part while we transition into co-parenting and friendship. I try to pay back kindness whenever I can. I remember a month ago or so I was at a gas station about to fill my tank up when I noticed someone had left their wallet on top of the pump. I didn’t check it for money or anything and just brought it right inside. I’ve lost my wallet before and I know how terrible it can be, we need to be the change that we want to see in the world!

My Nominations Are As Follows:

  1. Chrisadella from Between the Lens
  2. Nour from Leave Behind a Trace
